The new Pro-Fit® Terrain™ Ledgestone lineup is available with architectural accents and hearthstones that compliment your chosen textures and colours. Everything you need to complete your project, from hearthstones and capstones, to sills and elegant electrical boxes.
INSTALLATION
Pro-Fit® Terrain™ Ledgestone is easy to install, and goes up quick, because there are groups of small stones already expertly bundled by Boral’s masons. The veneer can be applied to most structurally sound wall surfaces. Its light weight and quick adhesion allow installation without additional footings or wall ties, so Cultured Stone® products can be used in places where traditional full stone cannot. Each piece is applied individually with Type N or Type S mortar.
MAINTENANCE
Cultured Stone® requires almost no maintenance, with only a light wash occasionally to remove dirt or dust. Abrasives, pressure-washing, acid and sandblasting should be avoided.
SPECIFICATIONS & TECHNICAL INFORMATION
All Cultured Stone® products are engineered to meet or exceed the specifications set by building code officials.
Cultured Stone® products are colourfast. The colours become an integral part of each stone during the casting process. Existing installations of Cultured Stone® have shown no undesirable change in colour after many years of weathering.
Cultured Stone® stone veneers are noncombustible. They are UL tested and listed. Cultured Stone® products test results showed zero flame spread, and zero smoke development.
SUSTAINABILITY
Boral® is committed to meeting today’s building needs without compromising our planet for future generations. They use a closed-loop recycling system, so water is re-used during manufacturing. Cultured Stone veneer products also contain a 58% average of recycled material. They meet the indoor air quality standards of the GREENGUARD Environmental Institute and GREENGUARD Gold. Cultured Stone® veneer also is a NGBS Green Certified Product. Cultured Stone® helps contribute to LEED building requirements.
WARRANTY
Cultured Stone® wall products carry a 50-year limited warranty, when used on structures that conform to local building codes, and when installed according to manufacturer’s instructions.
The warranty is limited to replacement or repair of defective materials only and does not cover labor to remove and replace. Warranty does not cover damage resulting from building settlement, wall movement, contact with chemicals or paint, discolouration due to airborne contaminants, and staining or oxidation.
